Before you start, make sure you download all the PDF files that you see below. You will need them when I ask you to do an exercise.

When that happens, pause the seminar, open the pdf file corresponding to the exercise, and take your time to finish your assignment. Then resume the seminar only when you have finished.

If you are not sure about what you are asked to do in an exercise, you should listen to the explanation again, before you do the assignment.

Lastly, the purpose of this workshop is not entertainnment but result. Be patient and judge this experience only after doing all the exercises till the end. If you do so the experiences will be transformative!!

During this experience, I will refer to the “NEW YEAR” for this 12-month goal-setting planning, just because it is the most common choice to make the planning coincide with the solar calendar. However, you can obviously use this 12-month plan at any time during the year. So now is the perfect time to start, if you still haven’t set your goals.
