The truth is that there is no such thing as "Luck of motivation." In fact, every single day, every single hour, every single moment, our behavior is dictated by some motivational drive. Otherwise, no choice could be made. Even sitting on a couch for 4 hours is actually something that we "do," a choice made to the exclusion of all other options available, and it is therefore based on some motivational impulse .  

So, if we are constantly making choices that inevitably presuppose a motivational dive, the issue is not a lack of motivation but the ability to address our motivation consciously!
